Published for many years, La Semaine à Saigon contained information for visitors and foreign expatriates. Advertising of hotels, airlines, restaurants, banks and other businesses appeared along with business directories, movie listings and maps. 

Ads for some of Saigon's notable French (and other Western style) restaurants of that time appear in La Semaine à Saigon. Missing however are La Cave, Mayfair and the Cantonese dining places in Cholon.
