At a sandy beach near the mouth of the Ca Ty river an enterprising person had a refreshment shack selling cold drinks and snacks. We called this place the Yacht Club. The antenna tower was for a non-directional beacon (NDB) transmitter used by ships and airplanes for radio direction finding (RDF). Photo from March or April of 1965.
